If rooms packed with people, worn out equipment and an instructor who yells at you over loud music isn’t your vibe - then our classes
will be.
We offer an accessible and comfortable environment, with a strong focus on education, and workouts that are easy to follow but still push you and get results.
We guarantee 121 support from our instructors, adding value to your workout, and reducing the risk of injury.
Our classes vary in their intensities, but they are all suitable for all levels of fitness, and our instructors will adapt to suit your needs.
We prioritise good vibes and safe spaces. So, no cliques, no intimidation, and however you show up, you’ll be welcomed and supported.

Designed and taught by our Co-Founder and Head Coach, Rae.
Re-Engage is a 45-minute class that teaches you how to tap into your deep core muscles. These muscles are the foundation of all other exercise and essential for day-to-day movement.
It involves functional exercises – think squats, deadlifts and planks using your body weight and resistance bands.
You’ll leave feeling balanced, and aligned.
FEEL GOOD PILATES WITH RAE

Start your week with 45 minutes of good vibe music and movement to wake up your muscles.
This session includes a mobility warm-up to get your blood pumping, followed by flow-style movements,.
You’ll leave feeling ready to take on the week!
MORNING HATHA YOGA

This 1-hour Hatha Yoga class, with Rooted Soul Yoga, is a blend of traditional postures, mindful breathing, and calming meditations, designed to help you build strength, focus a busy mind and balance your nervous system.
Expect a welcoming community, each individual on their own unique journey, with their own unique body.
YOGALATES WITH RAE

A 45-minute completely mat-based class, taught by our Co-Founder and Head Coach, Rae.
An inspired mix of Yoga and Pilates, this class includes deep yoga stretches, combined with the essential core exercises of Pilates.
It helps to relieve stress and improve balance, whilst stretching and strengthening your muscles.
MAT PILATES
MON 6.15pm / WITH MONICA
MEDIUM-HIGH INTENSITY

This 45-minute Mat Pilates class will get your blood pumping and is taught by Monica, a Pilates specialist.
It focuses on controlled movements and learning to use the breath and your body weight as resistance to strengthen a variety of muscles.
You’ll leave feeling worked out, but don’t worry - beginners are very much welcome and will be supported throughout!
MOONLIT HATHA YOGA

Everyone’s favourite chilled class under low lighting. It’s 1.5 hours of relaxed yoga poses and focusing on the breath.
Perfect for stretching your body, chilling out and feeling more balanced in body and mind.

All levels are welcome in our classes, and you can speak to the instructor if you have any questions, or need adaptations.

Your first class is on us!
Just email us, or DM us on Instagram to let us know you’re interested and we’ll send you a code.
After that, it’s £15 per class pay as you go.
You can get a 4 session class pass for £50 or an 8 session class pass for £80.

We have a maximum of 6 places per class, plus the instructor.
This means that any class you attend will be small enough to get 121 support with the instructor.

Just yourself!
We have all the mats and equipment you will need for your class.
However, if you wish to bring your own mat, you’re more than welcome to.
The only other thing we’d recommend bringing is a bottle of water to make sure you stay hydrated.

As long as you can move around safely, you can wear whatever you’re comfortable in.
We welcome baggy tshirts and sweatpants, sports bras and short-shorts and everything in between!
For some classes you may need to take your shoes off, so please do wear socks if you’re not comfortable being barefoot.

You can change or cancel your class booking up to 24 hours before the class time starts.
If you cancel before the 24 hour period, your card will be automatically refunded within 2-7 working days.
