SMALL GROUP TRAINING

A BUDGET FRIENDLY OPTION, WITH A SENSE OF COMMUNITY.

In Small Group Training you’ll be with a few other people who share the time, and the cost.

We like to keep things as tailored as possible, so all our groups are a maximum of just 4 people, and you’d be with the same people, at the same time, every week. This means you know what you’re getting, can feel safe, and build relationships within your group.

Before you join a group, you have a personalised 121 assessment and session with your coach, so you can get to know them and they can tailor things where possible when you attend your group sessions.

WOMEN’S GROUPS

A JUDGEMENT-FREE WORKOUT SPACE

As women, we face a lot of pressures from society to behave a certain way, keep up with “beauty” standards and balance it all.

This group is a safe space to prioritise your fitness, learn to love working with your body and meet other people on the same journey.

The sessions are coached by Paige, our women’s health specialist and they guarantee good vibes, decent music and no clanging and banging.

We focus on functional movements that give you a full-body workout to support your overall physical health and yes, get a little bit of a sweat on!

Having Rae at my side while I work out, whether I’m doing bicep curls, or absolutely smashing it on the leg press is such a motivator to push myself in a very specific way.
