FITNESS FOR MASC BODIES

Paige is a Certified Menstrual Practitioner, Level 2 Personal Trainer, and Holistic Therapist.

She takes a therapeutic approach to physical training, focusing on somatic release and supporting clients to follow their intuition.

Paige also delivers cycle-integrated programs, which are tailored to client’s individual period cycles, allowing them to be in tune with their bodies and address issues such as bloating, pain and fatigue.

She draws on her personal experience of Endometriosis, mental health, and the challenges of caring for yourself in a busy, masculine-dominated culture.

WOMEN’S BOXING

EMPOWERING YOU THROUGH STRENGTH AND SKILL

Whether you're looking to get fit, learn self-defence, or just try something new, this course is designed to introduce you to the basics of boxing in a supportive environment.

More than just a sport, boxing is a powerful and playful way to build confidence, mental resilience, and physical strength. We’ll teach you fundamental techniques including footwork, punches and defensive moves.

You’ll be guided every step on the way, with no judgement or expectations – just support and care as you develop the skills at your own pace.

This course is open to anybody who identifies as a woman, and we work affirmatively with the Trans community.

  • Yes. We have a limited number of online sessions available for Menstrual Coaching.

  • It depends which Program you want. You can find all the information on Menstrual Program costs here.

  • Being on hormonal contraception is not a problem. We can work with you whether you are looking to stay on your contraception, or rebalance your cycle when coming off it.

    We can also support you in preparing your cycle in advance of conceiving. However, we do not offer natural conception or fertility services.

  • Yes. We can support in regulating your cycle and healing after miscarriage or abortion.
